Paul Willy / Instructor

Paul is a 40+ year IT service manager and networker. Starting at IBM in 1978 he has built a reputation as a directory, security and process, thought leader. Linking what you know to what you need to know is the basis for education. Paul’s varied background allows him to do just that. Paul teaches classes in Security, Networking and Server/Workstation management. All with a real world, use case-based understanding.

Rory Brown / Operations Manager

As Operations Manager I oversee operational activities at every level of our organization. Through leadership and industry knowledge I directly oversee the control, quality, and compliance of our processes, procedures, and product delivery. As a Retired Disabled Military Veteran, I understand the challenges when transitioning back to civilian life. Especially when you’ve made the Military a career. So many Veterans struggle without the proper certifications or training to use their skills on the outside. I get excited to see my fellow Veterans get the training they need to excel in the world of IT. It is my number one priority to help those who need it most and see them achieve their goals. I have over 20 years’ experience of assisting Veterans in job placement and networking with Military Friendly employers after the transition to civilian life and it is my mission, to make sure all Veterans who are looking for a career change or upskill training to achieve their goals.

Nikhil Patel / General Manager

Nikhil Patel is an experienced and highly skilled IT professional with knowledge, skills and certifications across many vendors and disciplines in the IT industry. He has spent the last 15 years helping business professionals and career changers become more effective IT workers, consultants, and leaders. He has occupied many vacancies across his 25+ years as a leader, trainer, and consultant across various technology related positions at Novell, IBM, Cisco, Katherine Gibbs, Chubb, and Workforce and Technology Training. He is currently occupied as the General Manager at Workforce and Technology Training. While he has held many roles, he has always expressed two aspects of his role at Workforce and Technology Training, "working with students every day is the most rewarding aspect of my career" and "there is always room for improvement." He also continues to teach technology topics to maintain his instructor certifications and qualifications. Outside his professional life, he enjoys family time, PC-based gaming and reading.
